The lady holding my hand whilst having my needle was tremendously helpful. Quarms or minor mishaps between staff should be discussed privately and not infront of staff at a sensitive time like this to show professionalism. I asked for another heat pad due to my pain after going to the toilet and was denied this and gently told I'll be leaving soon. I was asked by another lady to wait until my pain subsides at least to level 3. I am now currently at 5 filling in this questionnaire. Having said this, I am greatful for the member's of staff who were professional and empathetic. Kind regards.
